Hi everyone! It is that time of the year again! On September 11th I will be riding 100 miles around Cayuga Lake for the 4th time in support of the Southern Tier AIDS program. Last year 300+ riders raised over $250,000 for STAP. All the funds raised in the AIDS Ride For Life go to the Southern Tier AIDS Program, helping to support the programs and services they provide.
