I can't believe it is already time for the AIDS Ride for Life again! As a returning participant I need to raise at least $500 dollars this year so I need a lot of support! This ride was a lot of fun last year and I am looking forward to doing it again on September 13th.

The ride is a beautiful 100 miles around Cayuga Lake in the Southern Tier of New York and all of the money raised goes to our local Southern Tier AIDS Program. Last year we were able to raise $225,000 for the cause and it felt wonderful to be a part of that effort.
