For the first time, the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation (CFCF) is entering a team in the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon.  This is a tremendous success for CFCF’s fundraising efforts.  Please come join Team Caring for Carcinoid and me as we run to raise awareness for carcinoid cancer and have a terrific time doing it!  We hope to make the Chicago Marathon a marquee annual event for CFCF!

 

I am running the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon (my first one!) for Nancy O’Hagan-- President and Founder of the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation, a carcinoid patient and my good friend.  Nancy is compassionate, intelligent, strong and determined.   She has a light-hearted sense of humor and an unparalleled generosity.  Nancy has given herself entirely to CFCF and is truly an inspiration to everyone within the carcinoid community. Nancy is also an inspiration to me-- she is a survivor. 

Every step of my run is dedicated to Nancy .  And every dollar I raise is to help find a cure for carcinoid.  Please help me achieve this goal.
