Hi All,

I'm back and very excited for the 2010 Chicago Marathon!!  I've actually even had some time to train....not quite enough time, but close enough!

I'm currently in my last year of medical school and beginning the oh-so-fun application process for residency.  I've decided to pursue Physical Medicine and Rehabilition and I'm really looking forward to beginning my career in this field.  I will even be doing a Sports Medicine and Spine rotation at Northwestern during the month of October...perfect timing!!  This time around I'll get to relax a bit after the race and truly enjoy a post-race meal-- and lots of it!

As many of you know, I've been dedicated to the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation for the past 4 years.  I believe CFCF offers a fantastic support system for carcinoid patients, while also funding cutting-edge research to help disover a cure for carcinoid.  100% of every donation goes directly toward research.  This means every dollar helps get us closer to a cure.
