There are over 10,000 kids living in out of home care in Washington State. One, I will affectionately  call Bubba B, came to live with us at age 4 after living in as many as 30 other foster homes. With our training and experience we were able to stablize him and he was able to finish growing up in our home. Caregivers need training and FPAWS wants to assure they get it. Help us help kids and parents have the best experience possible.

On 9-8-2012 we will be walking in Tacoma's Wright Park. Walk anytime between 10am and 3pm. The walk takes about an hour. Bring a Picnic and walk this 5k with us. There will be fun and games for kids too! Join us as we help support local, state and national groups that take care of children living in out-of-home-care.  If you would like to sponsor a team for any amount that would be terrific!
