Dear friends and family,
As you all know, children with learning disabilities will always hold a special place in my heart. Throughout my educational career, I have been so fortunate to have been guided by the Learning Disabilities Association of America. This organization is phenomenal and works to reduce the number of learning disabilities.
In order to give back to this incredible organization, I am participating in Moving Forward: LDA Walk 2011 to raise money for LDA. The learning disability community is a type of family. Parents of children without learning disabilities cannot possibly understand the service done by organizations like LDA.
Please consider donating to Moving Forward; you can access the donation page by clicking on this link. You can donate online with a credit card. All donations are secure and sent directly to LDA by FirstGiving, which will email you a printable record of your donation. All contributions are tax deductible, as LDA is a non-profit organization.
Please help them continue their long history of serving individuals with learning disabilities. You can facilitate LDA’s continued success by making a donation and forwarding this letter and link to ten family members that have witnessed your child’s success!
