The Cat Adoption Team is hosting its 2nd benefit run/walk for homeless cats and CAT this August - the CATnip Friday 5k & Mouse Miler.

Join me in supporting this run in many ways:

It'll be a great evening out in Sherwood on Friday, August 13. Plenty of fun for everyone whether you are a serious runner, jogger, walker, or cat-lover.

I promise to run a step  15 STEPS for every dollar I raise! (up to a total of 6 miles). How about that?! So be generous - its for the homeless cats. (A Boise State study found that someone running a 12-minute mile averages 1,951 steps. I run a tad faster than that!)
