SADIE'S SURGERY FUND (SBR)
March 15, 2011: Sadie is a precious 1 year old lemon and white basset hound that was found in a ditch in Tampa, FL and brought to the local animal shelter. She was apparently hit by a car and her rear left tibia and fibula bones (smaller, longer bones below knee) were broken but have now been fixed with surgery. She will be on crate rest for 30 days.
April 25, 2011: 5 weeks post surgery and Sadie is well on her way to a successful recovery. She will be spay the first week of May and has a forever home waiting for her once she is medically cleared! Nothing is going to slow Sadie down that's for sure.
May 12, 2011: 8 weeks post surgery and Sadie is as good as GOLD! She was recently spay and will have her last set of xrays on May 18 and then she will be released for adoption. Sadie has a wonderful home waiting for her with a senior basset sister and a young goldendoodle sister. She will have a lot of land to run around on and will enjoy life like she is suppose to surrounded by love.
Sadie has been a true joy to foster. She is so happy and obeys so well. Not your average stubborn basset. :)
Sadie THANKS YOU in advance!
