The Walkathon will help provide RESPITE SERVICES for families who occasionally need time to recharge their batteries while caring for a loved one with a disability. Before I moved to the Brentmoor group home I participated in the respite program and I don't know who got more out of it, me, or Mom and Dad. At any rate, it benefited all of us!
