Thank you everyone for visiting my Fundraising Page! I will be running in the Rock 'n' Roll San Antonio 1/2 Marathon on Sunday, November 15, 2009. I will be running for Organization for Autism Research to help raise money for those diagnosed with autism ( www.runforautism.com) (http://www.researchautism.org/). Donating through this site is simple, fast and very secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts towards autism.

*Autism is an overlooked diagnosis all over the world. Anyone diagnosed with it can try treatments that may or may not work since everyone is different. The treatments are very expensive for them and their families and insurance companies do not cover them. Although there is no cure for autism, there are ways to 'overcome' the symptoms from special dieting (such as gluten free and casein free), hyperbaric oxygen therapy, antibiotics, and other such ways. Each treatment may work differently with each child, but so far, the overall outcome has been more than exceptional. Please help me in standing behind those families who know, or are related to someone with autism. Together, we can make a great difference! <3
