My Story:

I became involved with the Lupus Foundation of America, Utah Chapter in 2007 as a way to support a good cause and my friend with lupus. Over the years I have served on the foundation's board of director as Secretary and President. My current role is in the office as the Community Outreach Coordinator working on fundraising and grant writing. 

I am forever changed by meeting all the wonderful people involved with the foundation, Lupus is a devestating disease that effects the individual but also has the butterfly effect to everyone in the community.

It is with the support of my friends and family and the hard work of the LFA that there is the first approved drug for lupus in over 50 years! 

It is my goal to continue to work for this cause and find a cure! Thanks for your support it is greatly appreciated.
