I cannot find the right "quote"  - Just can't find it!

 

I am 99% sure that is because what I want to say is in my heart already!

 

Not one person can change the entire world, but you can make a difference in one life .... even if that life is your own.

 

During this ride I have watched people smile mile after mile just knowing they are doing something to help.  I also love the fact that the people who put this event together (Harpoon-Point to Point-)  I see year after year and they stand there with conviction to help year after year ..... never giving up.  

Add to that, they are funny and supportive, who would not want to be part of this!

 

I work hard for this particular event because both the people behind it and the people who join it, just for a bit, are joining together.

 

The physical strength and health I am surrounded with each day is not a gift.  The people who seek health put in the time and make choices.

 

Adults make choices!

 

Children are often along for the ride with the an adult who may not have found their pathway yet.

 

No child should have to fight hunger ... they should be able to eat, eat well and with no worries.

 

I realize there are so many places you can/will put your money over the next few months.   Just put this event and the firstgiving page you see on the list to give to.  Somewhere between milk and carrots is perfect!
