It is that time of year again! 

We are ready to Waddle*!  This year we are waddling to help Amber walk again.  We decided to walk and raise money for her since she cannot.  All money donated to our page will go to help dogs like Amber in the rescue. 

• AZBHR saved 140 Basset and Blood Hounds in the year 2006, this is a record for AZBHR up from 113 in 2005.
• As of December 31, 2006 AZBHR’s dog related expenses are at $75,375 and this is another record (up from $49K in 2005).
• AZBHR adopted out 120 Basset and Blood Hounds in the year 2006

Last year we raised over $20,000 with this event making it our most successful year ever and have raised our goal this year to $25,000 due to the amount of dog related expenses in 06' .

This is one of best events that AZBHR participates in.  We dress the dogs in green, walk in the St. Patricks day parade, and picnic with friends afterwards.  If you have never joined us we hope that you will this year.
