Take a Walk with BROCK!
Stroll & Roll for SBAK!!
Please come out and Walk, Stroll, or Roll with us on October 17th at Norton Commons!
This is a new fundraising event for the Spina Bifida Association of Kentucky (SBAK). Donations from this event go directly to local programs and services for children, teens and adults living with spina bifida in Kentucky. If you would like to know about the wonderful programs the SBAK offers or the Stroll & Roll event please checks out their website at www.sbak.org.
We are very blessed and proud to say that Kellie, Carl, Wyatt and Brock will be WALKING in this event and we would love to have you join TEAM BROCK! Our goal is to have the BIGGEST team there! And we know we can do it because we have a great big wonderful family and terrific friends! We also have a fundraising goal of $1000. We think we can knock that out of the park too!!
If you raise $25/adult or $15/child under 12 you will recieve a t-shirt. Team Brock will pick up your t-shirt and tie-dye it for you before the walk!
This will be a fun event for the whole family with many exciting activities planned . . . please see below for the full list of activities!
- There will be trick-or-treating for the kids!
- There will be live music by Highway 42 (Ian’s Dad’s band)
- There will be Oktoberfest activities in Norton Commons that day!
- There will be terrific raffle baskets that will be won by those in attendance!
- There are no home football games for UofL or UK that day (we checked)!
- Jay Cardosi from WLKY-32 (who will emcee the event), has guaranteed beautiful weather for us!
If you are unable to attend the event please help our team by making your donation right here on our fundraising site. Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support our fundraising efforts. As always thank you for your support of Brock and the SBAK-- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
BROCK IS LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE!
Please call Kellie at 502-419-0405 if you have any questions regarding the event or donating through this site!
