Jake, Trevor & I have begun training for the upcoming Tailwaggers' Trot.  As I am sure everyone knows, Jake & Trevor were both rescues and this year we were lucky to have another rescue dog join the Roeder family.  Molly, a senior German Shepherd Dog, was adopted by my mom.  Jake, Trevor & Molly spend much time together.  Up until this point, Molly has not had much of a life and does not really understand a lot of 'dog stuff', but the guys are teaching her well and she is a quick study.  These three are the lucky ones as they found homes where they are loved and cared for, however there are so many others out there that still need help...and they are why we trot.  Without funds the Humane League is limited to how many animals they can house and care for until a loving home is found.
