On August 26, 2012, I will join thousands of participants in the Ironman Louisville triathlon.  This race will consist of a 2.4 mile swim in the Ohio River, a 112 mile bike ride through the scenic horse country of Kentucky, and will end with a 26.2 mile run that ends at 4th Street Live in downtown Louisville.   I will have to complete the entire event in 17 hours or less.     I have decided to dedicate this event to the Charleston Miracle League and will be accepting donations for this organization throughout my training.    I have set my goal at $1000 and hope to not only meet, but exceed that goal.   All money raised will go directly to the Charleston Miracle League
