In a continuing quest to race all of the 4 Deserts and to complete and Ultra Marathon on all 7 continents, I am heading to South America to take on the driest place on the planet - The Atacama Desert in Northern Chile!

The terrain is pocked with lifeless areas and expansive salt flats that eat runners for breakfast and spit out their parched carcasses!   The race will be conducted at elevations above 9000 feet with extended periods up to and beyond 11,000 feet!

I am doing this for a great cause - to help The Endurance Trust raise money for and awareness of Pediatric Brain Tumor Research!  

Join me in my quest and help us find a cure so that these kids won't have to spend their lives in the hospital!
