It's that time of year again when we will be participating in the annual Hearts and Hands Walk for Autism. This will be our 5th year walking in support of our son Keegan who many of you know was diagnosed with PDD when he was only 26 months old. Keegan now age 7 has made so much progress over the last few years that sometimes its easy to forget how hard he worked to get to where he is now. Along that journey, Keegan had many people who helped him become who he is today, including Community Autism Resources who provided all of their services for free!  Please help us support Autism Awareness and give back to those who helped us when we needed it the most. Any donation you are able to give will be greatly appreciated, no amount is too small- each dollar donated goes to CAR to provide the services free of charge. Events from trainings, support groups, hayrides, movie days, social skills groups, and many other family events are offered throughout the year and make you feel like you belong, providing a place where you don't have to worry about your childs behavior, emotions or meltdowns.
