Hi Folks, Fleetwood here!

On September 23rd, we're walking in the 2007 Illinois Waddle. Each year, Guardian Angel Basset Rescue, Inc. rescues and places over 250 Basset Hounds in the Indiana and Illinois area. The foster homes provide the food and the love but GABR provides the vetting and their bills average over $10,000 per month.   The bassets may not come to us health but they certainly go to their forever homes healthy!!!

I look forward to this event every year because it really shows how much all of you care about us bassets and that you support what our family does for the bassets.  It's a great feeling!  Every year that we can do the Waddle is another year we can help more bassets.  Lets face it, Clyde and Dobie wouldn't be here without GABR!  This is why I keep waddling those 10 long blocks every year.  It's tough for an old boy like me but it's for a great cause and I would love this year to be the best year ever!!  So support us in helping the unwanted, unloved, abused and neglected bassets by helping us meet or exceed our fundraising goal!!!
