Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  Once again I am participating in the Grateful Dog Walk on Sunday, September 19th.  We are walking in support of the programs sponsored by the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance HOPE Program and Helping Hounds Program. 

The HOPE Program was formed through a partnership with CPAA and the State Correctional Institute in Camp Hill where homeless dogs are paired up with inmates for training & rehabilitation.  The care & training the dogs received has allowed  over 100 dogs to find loving forever homes.

The Helping Hounds Program works one on one with our military veterans who are suffering from the after effects of their combat service.  Their dogs are trained to become psychiatric service dogs that use their gift of unconditional love, companionship & assistance to help them live each day with confidence & courage.
