Hi Friends!
I love being able to hold a lemonade stand, it's something that *I* can do to help my fellow cancer buddies.
Alex Scott started holding stands, during her own fight with cancer, to help raise money for a cure. We are sad that she didnt get her own cure in time, but we know she is looking down from Heaven, proud of the $5 million dollars that has already been contributed to research, all from her vision.
This stand is our way of saying, "thank you" to the families that have gone before us....who raised money, who put their kids on experimental trials...both of which I am benefitting from. To our friends that didnt make it.....Elijah, John, Markie, Gregory, Aria, Omar, Tony, Ray and of course Alex....this stand is for you.
We hope that the money we raise will help kids like me, who are in the midst of the fight for their lives; Bailey, Cianna, Tori, John, Noah, Sam, Gavin, Alexia, Cam, Baby Donovan, Hunter, Keegan, Alonzo, Brendan and so many more....stay strong....help is on the way!
And for the many children that will follow...we pray that our efforts lessen your pain, lighten your load, and make "your child has cancer" less of a blow for your parents....may our money help find your cure!
