Yesterday Alana and I went for a walk around Lake Josephine at Riverfront Park, and the Canadian geese were walking around on ICE! I quickly remembered, "The Polar Bare Plunge is in six days!" So, I am asking you to once again support this great cause.

Special Olympics is such a wonderful organization to be a part of. Alana had her awards banquet for basketball last Monday, and we had a great time. I can let my guard down when we’re with these great folks. Alana can work the room giving high-fives, unzipping purses, unscrewing water bottles, etc., and I know she’s understood! In addition, Alana has become quite the dribbler, passer, and shooter!
