How lucky I am to have the support of so many wonderful family members and friends like you!!! I believe that is why I am able to maintain my spiritual strength and hope as I am challenged by the journey presented to me by my autoimmune diseases; Lupus, primary Scleroderma or Systemic Sclerosis, and Raynaud's Phenomenon. I have faced some ups and downs this year in regards to my lung functioning, as measured by PFTs every threee months. I am being watched very closely to determine my potential to benefit from an immunosuppressant drug. As you can likely imagine, this drug has many side effects of its own, so we are hoping that my lungs remain at bay so that I don't have to introduce this new drug into my system.

We are all praying for a cure; I believe, together, we can make it happen!
