"Brain" Kissinger's Motorcycle Fundraising Page
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
I am Brian "Brain" Kissinger, a 5 year survivor of a stage II oligodendroglioma brain tumor/cancer. I am very thankful for life but also know too well what this horrible disease does to so many people. During my fundraising flight last year I met a 4 year old brain cancer patient (Julian Avery). Earlier this year Julian got his wings and went to heaven. It is horrible to lose someone to cancer but I believe even worse to lose kids. I made it a goal this year to raise some money for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation to fund pediatric research programs helping to find a cure.
One of my main goals in life is to raise more than $1 million for cancer and brain tumor research. With this event I plan to raise another $5,000 by riding my old BMW motorcycle a minimum of 5,000 miles this summer (including one 1,000 "IRON BUTT" 24 hour endurance ride). This may not be an extreme amount of miles but it will be a celebration of life and I will be on a mission of awareness for brain tumors and cancer. Plus for every dollar over $5,000 donated I will ride at least another mile!
The fundraising will end on September 13th when I will be 1 of 250 motorcycles who will get an opportunity to be the first "civilians" to ride on the new Moto GP course at the Indianapolis Speedway....the "Brickyard!"
Please help me to raise the maximum amount of money for the kids with brain tumors and cancer. You will be doing a wonderful thing!
Thanks! Brian "Brain" Kissinger
