It has been another exciting year filled with lots of changes and progress. Leah is at the LIU preschool four afternoons a week. Our teachers and therapists are absolutely wonderful. We are so grateful for the amazing difference they have made in her life!  She is singing her ABC's, counting to 10, mastering colors and shapes, and making lots of friends. She is talking up a storm & is spelling her name  The highlight of this school year is that Leah is riding the bus home!  She enjoys it so much, we had to implement a two hug rule to her driver when she drops her off so she can make it home in time for dinner! 

 

We are enjoying music therapy, swimming lessons and "nastics" as she calls it through our local Down Syndrome club. Hannah comes to gymnastics and helps Leah and all of her friends.
