In May 2010, I will be riding in my second annual Police Unity Tour.  This 300 mile bicycle ride begins in New Jersey and ends in Washington D.C. to support the National Law Enforcement Memorial Week. Approximately 1000 Law Enforcement Officers from across the Nation will be participating in the event. 

Our goal is to raise money for the Law Enforcement Memorial and to honor the memories of those brave Police Officers throughout the Nation who have been taken in the line of duty.

As you all know, March 21, 2009 was a dark day in Law Enforcement history when four Oakland Police Officers lost their lives in the line of duty.  I am again chosing to ride not only in honor of these brave men, but for my personal friends who also gave the ultimate sacrifice, Sgt. Paul Starzyk and Officer Leonard Garcia.
