Dress Up 2 Cure is an annual national campaign kicking off on April Fools' Day and continuing throughout the month of April (Autism Awareness Month) to raise money
for Rett Syndrome Research. Rett Syndrome is a severe neurological disorder on the Autism Spectrum that primarily affects girls.
