Thank you for visiting our fundraising page! LAM is a rare lung disease that affects women of childbearing years. I was diagnosed with LAM by visiting my Primary Care Physician with complaints of shortness of breath while exercising. With further testing, I was diagnosed with LAM. I am currently on the only form of medication for treatment. My visit to the NIH in January has shown stabilization with this medication and future trials are in the works!  With your generosity, you can help fund research for these trials for treatment and even a cure!!
