It's hard to believe but this year marks the 10th anniversary of The Illinois Waddle.  In those 10 years, Guardian Angel has raised, and spent, over $1 Million for veterinary care of our favorite breed.  Because this year is a very special year, I have established the team "Little's Memories" in honor of the 7 wonderful Bassets that have left our home far too soon.

I'm sure you know by now that I'm asking you to donate to our rescue effort so that we can save more Bassets like Rosie.  Her previous owner told us that her husband had been abusive to Rosie and he wanted Rosie gone.  His parting words to his wife that morning were "If Rosie's still here tonight, I'm going to shoot her".  GABR agreed to take her and, thanks to Roman Robles, Rosie was flown to Dwight that afternoon.  She has remained with us ever since.

100% of your donation will go to the Bassets as none of the officers or board members take any compensation for their efforts.
