Across the country dogs know no other life than that spent at the end of a chain, or tied in a backyard.  They deserve better.

On July 4 in honor of Independence Day I will be participate in Chain Off 2010.  People across the country will chain themselves in yards, parks and public places to call attention to the plight of these animals and raise money for public awareness.  

I'll be chained in Garrison Park, 6001 Manchaca Rd. for 17 hours.  That's a tiny fraction of the time they spend in this condition. Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
