Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to my fundraising efforts. I know that there are so many organizations out there asking for your money so please give to those causes you believe in. Especially the Red Cross. They are working so hard to help so many suffering humans and my prayers go out to the many volunteers. There are also so many helpless animals stranded, starving and left to fend for themselves. Families had to say goodbye to life long pets on their rooftops. Dogs were seen wagging their tails after 5 days without food and water baking in the hot sun of their rooftops as helicopters flew overhead, unable to rescue them. I strongly believe in NOAH's WISH and what they are doing to help the thousands of innocent animals left behind, some scared and shaking to death, without their loved ones or what once was their home. We can't even begin to comprehend this devastation and what the future holds for all those effected by this hurricane. We can however, try to make a difference in the lives of those who survived and that includes the family pets who can't even understand this catastrophe. Even if you can't afford to give that much, maybe skip a coffee or two this week and donate that money instead. I know it can be overwhelming and you may feel bombarded by all the organizations asking for your money, so I understand you need to choose wisely. But just know even $5 can feed just one dog or cat for up to 2 months! So don't think any amount is too small. You can help make a difference in the lives of these innocent animals.
