If you know me at all you will know that I absolutely hate being cold, and being cold and wet at the same time is the stuff that nightmares are made of...... That being said it has got to be worth a few bucks from you to encourage me to take the Polar Plunge for a cause that is very dear to my heart! The Special Olympics is so important to the many individuals who participate right here in Blacksburg and the New River Valley. So come on friends, please dig deep and donate a few dollars to see me shiver on the riverbank! Yes if you donate I will allow you to come and watch and take whatever pictures, videos and other record of this momentous occasion you desire although I would prefer not to see it on youtube! (For a few extra dollars I suppose I could give permission for youtube.....) So now it is up to you friends, spread the word and donate the $$'s- Laureen is taking the Polar Plunge!
