I wanted to let you know that I am getting ready for the Walk and Roll to benefit the Kids Center in May.  I will walk with all kinds of people to raise money to help children with special needs.  The Center was founded with a philosophy to never turn a child away if their family was in true need and could not afford the care.  That is why I walk.  I want to help each individual get the correct medical care needed.  I work day in and day out with children who has special needs, and my heart goes out to their family.

Every week about 300 kids are treated with outpatient therapy at the Kids Center.  They help kids learn to sit, to crawl, to walk, to talk, and to become as independent as possible.  Within every disability they see, the staff sees the ability in every child.  No child should be denied those services if they need them.  One of our doctors in my practice, Dr.Jacks, treats a ton of kids with Cerebral Palsy at the Kids Center.
