Hello family and friends!  What a wonderful day we had on September 25th! The weather was absolutely gorgeous!  We had over 3,200 walkers and so much fun!!

Thanks so much for joining me on September 25 at the Buddy Walk.  The Buddy Walk is the major fundraiser for the Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma.  The Buddy Walk was created in 1995 to celebrate National Down Syndrome Awareness Month and promote the acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.  This was DSACO's 10th Buddy Walk!  The funds raised through family teams fund various activities and programs supported by DSACO and a portion will be sent to the National Down Syndrome Society to support research, policy making, education, and advocacy at the national level.  In the last 6 years, our family team, Drew's Crew, has raised over $55,000 for DSACO through your contributions!  Our goal this year is to raise $10,000.  If you would please consider making a donation to my family team through this page, you will be helping change lives of individuals, like me, living with Down syndrome in our community.  You can also send checks made out to DSACO to 1024 Bentbrook Place, Norman, Ok,  73072 if you prefer.  Any amount you are able to donate is greatly appreciated.
