Hi Friends,

Courtney and I are participating in the "Race Away From Domestic Violence 5K Run/Walk".  As many of you know, this is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.  I was one of the fortunate ones...my bruises and broken bones healed years ago.  But, the sister of a friend of mine was not so lucky...Beth Stayer was killed at the hands of her ex husband just 6 weeks ago.  Please join me in honoring Beth and saying a prayer for her children.  If you would like to join us on the cause by walking or donating, please feel free to do so through this site.  Our team is "Beth's Babes".
