AIDS Initiative

Thousands of Compassion International-assisted children in Africa have suffered the trauma of seeing one or both parents die as a result of the HIV/AIDS epidemic sweeping the continent. You can help ease the pain of AIDS-affected children and their families by giving a gift for the AIDS Initiative. Your gift will provide:

 

• food, shelter and basic care for AIDS orphans
• spiritual counseling and prayer
• medical treatments, including AIDS-inhibiting antiretroviral therapy
• HIV/AIDS awareness education for parents and children

Many sponsors of African children are also providing AIDS Initiative support of $7 a month, above their $38 sponsorship commitment, to help protect AIDS-affected children.
