Hello hello,

So I am again asking for your help and support as I tackle yet another marathon.  This time I will be running the 26.2 Mile trek in the city that never sleeps.  New York City is famous for a lot of things, but the marathon is one of the best runs any runner could have.

Over the past 3 years I have developed into an avid runner.  After running the Boston Marathon my love for running has only grown.  It is an escape from every stress that we deal with on a daily basis.

I will be once again running for cover with the Melanoma Foundation of New England.  When I ran with them for the Boston Marathon it was an experience like no other.  The people are great and the charity is even better.  We are all running for an amazing cause that benefits a lot of people.  The Foundation was founded to combat the rising rate of melanoma and melanoma deaths.  The Foundation provies a variety of educational programs targeting the prevention and detection of skin cancer and melanoma for both children and adults.  Melanoma has become a more potent cancer in the past several years due to young teens and adults enjoying the sun while using no protection.
