Colorado Services Dogs, Inc. is an approved 501c3 non-profit organization that was established to train and provide rescued dogs to assist people who have disabilities in leading more independent lives at work, at home and at school. These dogs become an extension of their owners and bring security, freedom, independence and relief from social isolation to their human partners.

It costs over $7,000 to locate and train a service dog, including health, soundness, and temperament evaluations, plus the dog's care and equipment. There are additional direct costs for public education, and lifetime support for the team. We depend on donations & fund-raising activities from the public - both individuals and organizations - and from grants to allow us to carry out our mission.
