Cody and I will be supporting the Mulready Maniac team of Plungers in the Coop on February 16, 2008 to support Special Olympics Massachusetts because we believe the program changes lives and promotes acceptance and inclusion within our communities. We need to raise at least $250 to plunge or be part of the coop, and we have set a goal to raise much more than that for the over 9,800 athletes of Special Olympics Massachusetts. Special Olympics athletes never pay a cent to participate in any of the 26 different sports offered, so we are raising critical dollars to fund the year-round sports training and athletic competitions for athletes in Massachusetts with intellectual disabilities.
