Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page.  This is a picture of my daughter and her stepdad skiing in the Maine Handicapped Skiing program.  There is a video on the left side of this page if you want to see her skiing.  This is her 7th year with the program.   She skis without any adapted equipment and really enjoys skiing and meeting other disabled people at Maine Handicapped Skiing.  MHS holds a ski-a-thon every year, which raises money so that  all disabled people have the opportunity to ski for no charge including lessons and equipment from the 350 volunteers.  This is my 27th year as a volunteer in the program and  it gives me great joy to teach disabled children and adults how to ski as well as skiing with my own daughter.  The program starts in January and runs through March from Sunday to Saturday.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts.  There are 5 people on my team which is called Cuddy's Cut-ups.  Cuddy  was a volunteer with Maine Handicapped Skiing for many years and passed away a couple of years ago so we keep him in our thoughts through our team efforts.    Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to  donate too!  Don't forget to click on the arrow on the left to see the video of Sara skiing.
