Thank you for visiting our fundraising page!  We are the Weedsport Starfish swim team, and we compete for the Cayuga Couny Special Olympics.  We all train very hard in the water to learn new things, get healthier and to compete to win medals.  One of our team, Kelly, even competed in the Special Olympics World Games this past October in China!

We have decided to take the Plunge at Verona Beach State Park on Saturday, December 8, 2008 with our friend, Sargeant Mike Murray (who also went to China).  We know the water will be much colder than our pool, but it is a great way for us to support Special Olympics.
