In 2010 Team McCready will be focusing our fundrasing efforts on the foundation:

"Advocacy for Patients with Chronic Illness, Inc."  

Founded in March of 2005 by Jennifer C. Jaff. Esq., an attorney and patient with Crohn's disease in Hartford, CT. Their mission is to provide free legal information, advice, and advocacy services to patients with chronic diseases, relating to how to get one's own medical records, health and disability insurance, Social Security Disability, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, educational equity, and other legal issues facing patients with chronic illness.

Team McCready, a division of the Wishlist Foundation, a  Pearl Jam fan non-profit organization, is hosting a one day, worldwide benefit event on Saturday April 10th stretching from the United States to the United Kingdom. 

Locations include Asbury Park, Leeds UK, Boston, Chicago, Hartford, Miami, Honolulu, Nebraska, Seattle and Los Angeles.
