Hi Everyone!

It's Buddy Walk time again!!  On October 23, 2010, I will participate in the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT) Annual Buddy Walk to raise money and awareness for Down syndrome.  Last year we had a blast walking the 1 mile loop at Centennial Park and this year will be so much fun, too!  This year, I am going to try and walk the entire mile!!  I know, with your love and support, the things I can participate in really have no limits! 

The Buddy Walk was established in 1995 to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. October is Down syndrome Awareness Month and there are buddy walks held all over the country. You can learn more at www.buddywalk.org
