Hello Everyone,

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!  On October 17, 2009, I will participate in the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT) Annual Buddy Walk to raise money and awareness for Down syndrome. I am really excited this year to walk the course at Centennial Park in Nashville with my family and friends! This will be my fourth year and I think I can walk the entire course independently this year, now that I no longer use my walker!  I even walked down the aisle independently as a ring bearer in the wedding of my special friends this past June! So I know, with your love and support, the things I can participate in really have no limits! 

The Buddy Walk was established is 1995 to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. October is Down syndrome Awareness Month and there are buddy walks held all over the country. You can learn more at www.buddywalk.org
