As a team, we are walking with Anthony, in his honor, to raise awareness of Down syndrome and to raise money for the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT).  The following is the mission statement of the DSAMT (taken from the website):

The Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee is a non-profit organization of families whose mission is to enhance the quality of life throughout the lifespan of individuals with Down syndrome by providing support, information and education to those individuals, their families and the communities that make up the Middle Tennessee region.

DSAMT is a nonprofit organization supported by its members, friends and fund raising events. The DSAMT provides peer support, information, and education about Down syndrome to families in Middle Tennessee.

DSAMT has become the leading resource for parents in Middle Tennessee for accurate and useable information on Down syndrome issues. DSAMT has been recognized nationally as a leading support organization.
