We have a home where we can safely raise and care for our children. There are families all over the Cape and Islands who don't. We're walking for them, to improve that situation. 

HAC helps people. A lot. I know because I work on the there, and I love my job.

I love my job because of how hard everyone here tries to help, and how people are cared for and treated with respect and dignity. This place makes a difference. All the time. And not just because of what we do, but how we do it.  When people come here, they're treated like people; not like cattle or failures or less than human just because they're in need.  It really matters and I'm so proud to be a part of such an amazing agency.
