Thank you for visting the Cotter Clan page.  This fundraiser is for the Autism Resource Center an organization which we became involved with this year.  Thanks to the center, we have been able to reach out to other parents and children who face the everyday challenges that autism presents.  I personally have received valuable information on current research, parent support groups, educational lectures, and networking opportunities.  Cullen and Devin have had opportunities to attend a sensory intergration group with other children affected by autism.  The center also offers numerous social and recreational opportunities not only for Cullen and Devin but also for their big sister, Brianna.  Autism not only affects Cullen and Devin, it affects our entire family and friends (although I wish we could all take a lesson from Brianna who believes her brothers are not any different from anyone else).  As a family we face the challenges of how autism affects friendships, social events, and everyday life.  That is why we are reaching out to our families and friends, and their families and friends to ask for your help.  The Autism Resource Center is an important resource in our life.
