Lou & Al run Philly

WE DID IT!

 

On Sunday 21st November 7am

at the Rocky steps in Philadelphia

Al and I raced 26.2 miles

 

We ran for 2 charities: Mind and RAM (Runners Against Melanoma). Thanks to your hugely generous donations we have managed to raise a total to date of over $1,500.00.
