As many of you are aware (particularly those at work), the sport of triathlon and endurance sports have become an integral part in my life.

Next year, I will be competing in the Ironman Triathlon-a 141 mile endurance event (2.4 mile ocean swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run). Along the way, I will have races that will gauge my progress as fitness indicators. In just a few short weeks, I will be competing in the Make-A-Wish Triathlon in Bethany Beach, Delaware (Olympic Distance: 1.5K ocean swim, 36K bike, and 10K run) on September 26th.

I'm attempting to raise $350 that will go directly to ensuring a terminally ill child's dream is realized (i.e., visiting Disney World).
