As a child I was never not given the opportunity to better myself in education, athletics, and as a person. Thousands of people across the nation are not so fortunate and are rarely given outlets to the current life they live. Covenant House is changing lives and creating futures for children and young adults in our country. They are a fantastic organization that helps people who are truly in need. If I am intending to race 140.6 miles I would glady do it for others less fortunate than myself. This is a terrific opportunity for myself and others through donations to give back to those in need.
